Welcome to Lipstick Palms by Pura Villas, a private three-bedroom villa in Dominicalito, above Dominical in Costa Ballena, where Pacific Ocean views, rainforest and year-round sunsets surround the home.

The villa is reserved entirely for your group and accommodates up to six guests across three king bedrooms. Set high in the jungle canopy, the two-level, glass-walled home looks out over the forest to the Dominicalito coastline and the Pacific.

THE SPACE

Living Area
The main living area has an open-plan layout with sliding glass walls that open straight onto the pool deck. It includes comfortable seating, a smart TV, ceiling fans and WiFi, and air conditioning runs throughout the villa, with every room air-conditioned.
Upstairs, a separate lounge offers another place to relax, along with a coffee and bar station, opening onto a wide balcony with a dining table facing the ocean.

Kitchen and Dining
The full kitchen includes an island, stainless appliances, an oven and stove, a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, with indoor dining for six.
Outdoor dining is also available on the pool deck and on the upper balcony.

Main-Floor Bedroom
The main-floor bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom with shower.
The ground floor, including this bedroom, the kitchen and the living areas, is step-free and reached through a wide round-about entrance, which suits guests with limited mobility.

Upper-Floor Guest Bedroom
The upper-floor guest bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom with shower.

Upper-Floor Main Master Bedroom
The main master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed, along with the larger bathroom and shower.
A freestanding soaking tub is located on the bedroom balcony.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The private infinity-edge pool overlooks the Pacific and surrounding rainforest, lined with sun loungers, umbrellas and Adirondack chairs.
Beside the pool, a covered palapa provides an outdoor lounge area with a built-in BBQ grill.
Below the pool, the new ocean-view deck has a heated hot tub, outdoor sofas, sun loungers and two fire pits — made for sunsets and evenings under the stars.
Landscaped tropical gardens, lawn and stone paths surround the villa, with a small waterfall located on the property. Toucans, monkeys and other birdlife are often seen in the surrounding forest.

LOCATION

Lipstick Palms is located in Dominicalito, above Dominical, in Costa Ballena on Costa Rica's South Pacific coast.
Its elevated setting brings together Pacific Ocean views and surrounding rainforest, with a secluded and private atmosphere.

The villa includes air conditioning in every room, ceiling fans, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, smart TV, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, bed linens and towels, toiletries, beach essentials, a first-aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and covered parking on site.

GOOD TO KNOW

Lipstick Palms has a six-night minimum stay.
Smoking is not permitted.
Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.
The upper floor is reached by stairs.
