A 4-suite tower in Manuel Antonio, rented to one group of up to 19. There are 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an elevator to every level. One suite has accessibility features, including a roll-in shower. The penthouse has a full kitchen and an ocean-view balcony.
Villa Costa Vida Tower is a modern building (built 2023) of four suites, and your group rents all of it. An elevator serves every level, and every bedroom has its own private bathroom. It works well for multi-family trips, retreats and celebration groups who want to stay together while keeping their privacy.
Suite 1: two bedrooms (queen; queen with loft bunk), each with a private bathroom, plus a kitchenette.
Suite 2: two bedrooms (queen; queen with loft bunk, ocean view), each with a private bathroom, plus a kitchenette.
Suite 3: two queen beds plus a trundle, ocean view. The bathroom has accessibility features listed by the owner: roll-in shower, raised toilet, grab bars and an accessible sink.
Suite 4 (penthouse): panoramic ocean views, two bedrooms (king; queen with loft bunk), each with a private bathroom, a full kitchen and a private ocean-view balcony.
On level 3, a covered ocean-view terrace with a sofa and dining table is reserved for your group. The Tower has its own pool, separate from the Villa's, and a conference-style room, which is useful for working retreats.
Comforts: air conditioning and ceiling fans, high-speed wifi and a workspace, in-room safes, room-darkening shades, keyless entry, free on-site parking, luggage drop-off and a travel crib. Mid-stay cleaning may be available on request for an additional fee.
Good to know: check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. A rental agreement must be signed before arrival. No pets, and no smoking indoors. The Tower sits next to Villa Costa Vida (10 bedrooms), and larger groups can ask about booking both. Chefs, grocery pre-stocking, transport and tours can be arranged through Pura Villas. Event requests must be confirmed before booking.
